We were stranded in the Denver airport for about 8+ hours. They said we'd make our connecting flight even though we were delayed for about 4 hours in Salt Lake...but when we finally arrived the flight had already left for Texas. We got to sleep in chairs at the airport. I couldn't sleep...thank goodness for Wifi! But they all slept.....
We finally boarded a Texas bound plane at 6:30am and layed over in Houston for a bit..changed planes and then made it back home!!! But...there was no luggage waiting for us @ the airport as Southwest had promised. It was a crock. They gave us a $50 flight voucher for our next trip and within a few hours found our luggage and everything was there! Just glad this happened on the return flight home rather than on the way to our reception. Whew!!! Dodged a bullet.

that sucks that it was such a rough ride back....I got to sleep in the airport in paris....It wasn't fun at all! Gotta love those european plugs grrr....I took my portable dvd player and watched english tv until the battery died grrr...the dang place was freezing!
Ok, so I have slept in those same chairs at the Denver airport! It was just me and Chloe and I wrapped my legs around all the luggage and the stroller because I was so paranoid! I didn't have anyone to take my picture, though. Make sure Rollie and the girls thank you for preserving such a fun memory! :P
